Need help with Stryde? We're a small team and we read every message. Most questions are answered within one business day.
Common questions
Subscription & billing
Stryde is $9.99/month. Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not Stryde directly.
- Manage or cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stryde.
- Refunds: request through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all billing.
- Receipts: Apple emails a receipt for each charge. We don't issue separate receipts.
- Free trial: if applicable, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Account & sign-in
If you can't sign in or reset your password:
- Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you signed up with (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email).
- If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, you'll need to use Sign in with Apple again — the hidden email is unique to Stryde.
- For any account access issue, email kotytaylor@strydecoach.com from the email tied to your account and we'll help.
HealthKit & device sync
Stryde uses Apple Health data (workouts, heart rate, distance, and pace) to personalize your training. You can grant or revoke access at any time.
- Grant access: open the Health app → Sharing → Apps and Services → Stryde.
- Not seeing workouts? check that the workout's source (Apple Watch, Garmin Connect, Strava) is syncing to Apple Health, then re-open Stryde to refresh.
- Strava: connect or disconnect from Settings inside the app.
Training plans
Your plan is generated from your race goal, current fitness, and the time you have to train. It adapts as you train.
- Missed a workout? just tell the coach in chat. Your plan will rebalance.
- Plan feels too hard or too easy? message the coach — we'll adjust intensity.
- Want to change your race or goal? open Settings → Race Goal.
Report a bug
Found something broken or unexpected? Please email kotytaylor@strydecoach.com with:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device (iPhone model) and iOS version
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can
Delete your account
To delete your account and associated training data, open Settings inside the app → Account → Delete Account. Or email kotytaylor@strydecoach.com and we'll handle it for you within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
