Profile & Training Data: To deliver personalized coaching, we collect information you provide during onboarding and throughout your use of the Service, including:

• Fitness level and training experience

• Training preferences and schedule availability
• Workout history, performance data, and progress
• Self-reported data such as perceived effort, soreness, and fatigue

Device & Wearable Data: If you connect a third-party device or service (such as Strava or Garmin), we may receive activity data including GPS routes, heart rate, pace, power output, and other sensor data, subject to the permissions you grant.

Gear Data: Information about your training equipment, including type, brand, and mileage logged.

Communication Data: Messages you exchange with the AI coach, feedback you provide, and any support requests.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, operating system, and IP address.

Waitlist Data: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and phone number (if provided).

We use your information to:

• Power conversational AI coaching tailored to your goals and history
