Welcome to Stryde. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stryde mobile application and website at strydecoach.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Stryde ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stryde provides AI-powered endurance coaching, including personalized training plans, conversational coaching, progress tracking, race-day strategy, and community features. The Service is designed to support your training — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Important: Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms during training, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Stryde is not liable for injuries sustained during training.
Free Trial & Plans: Stryde may offer a free onboarding experience before requiring a paid subscription. Paid plans (Core and Pro) are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Pricing: Current pricing is listed on our website and within the app. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
No Hidden Fees: We charge only the subscription fee listed. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges.
Stryde's coaching is powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide high-quality, personalized guidance, the AI coach:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Stryde's race-specific communities are designed to be supportive, positive environments. When participating in community features, you agree to treat other members with respect, refrain from harassment or hate speech, avoid spam or self-promotion, and not share misleading or dangerous training or medical advice. We may remove content or users that violate these guidelines.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Stryde brand, AI-generated coaching content, and software — are owned by Stryde and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, and Google Fit. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryde and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stryde and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
